High season – May 15 – end Sept: Free cancellations 60 days before the arrival date, then 100% of your stay must be paid in full (via a link that will be supplied) and is no longer refundable.
Low season – April 1 – May 15 & Oct 15 to Nov: Free Cancellations 30 days before the arrival date, then 100% will be charged as above
