This is a jewel of a Villa perched up in the area of Positano called La Sponda. It is a stones throw from the famous 5 star hotel, Le Sirenuse with it’s equally famous and super fun street bar FRANCO’S! Every beautiful person that passes through Positano, finds themselves at some stage sipping a Negroni or a Spritz in this fabulous spot….. or for a slightly more sophisticated experience there is the Oyster Bar inside the hotel itself. Two great places to spend some time, especially when your villa is almost NEXT DOOR like this one! Enjoys breath taking panoramic views of the main beach, the Galli Is and on a clear day the island of Capri! This villa is surrounded by lush gardens created by plenty of Mediterranean sun rays!

This fantastic villa with it’s outdoor lemon pergola, Bougainvillaea covered terrace & jasmine gazebo,  is rented only as one property and  sleeps  up to 6 pers .

Garden Floor – 1 master bdrm

This villa has a beautiful garden over looking the main beach of Positano. The villa is situated under the roadside so is very quiet & boasts a most luxurious master bedroom! arched floor to ceiling windows look onto a large rich green garden which in turn showcases the entire main beach of Positano and the deep blue Mediterranean sea & is fantastic for out door dining. Right next to the master is a full bathroom with tub/shower. A generous & airy living area plus fully equipped kitchen are also on this level.

Terrace Floor – 2 Bdrms – 1 double bedroom and  1 twin bedroom. This light & airy section of the villa has 2 lovely bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. With a generous living area and a couple of quaint outdoor cocktail terraces for anything from evening drinks to morning coffee . Spacious living area and second small kitchen are also on this floor.

2 weeks stay can be discounted

Children only over 12 yrs of age are accepted in this villa.

Check in is between 4 and 7 pm. Arrivals after 7 pm will attract a 50 euro penalty. 

Parties and receptions are not permitted unless previous agreed with Amanda and the owner.

Loud noise in this very central part of Positano is not allowed after midnight.

An advanced food supply can be organised prior to your arrival. Just send Amanda your list. E.g. breakfast food, wine, fresh bread, cheeses, cold cuts, coffee etc, so please make sure you let us know on booking if you require this service.

50% of the full amount is due immediately via bank transfer on booking. The balance of 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival. Amanda will supply you with our European bank details on booking.

Mid Season : 30 April – 27 May & 18 Sept – 31 Oct – 1,400 euro per day or 9,800 euro per week

The security deposit is 500 euros to be paid to Amanda with your final payment and will be reimbursed 7 days after your departure minus any expenses incurred. 

If you cancel before the 2 month prior amount is due, you will receive a full reimbursement minus any bank fees. If cancellation is made 2 month (and your full payment has been paid) or less before your arrival date there will be no refund.
