In 1968 Aniello Oliviero purchased this breathtaking villa from the Bertolli family, famous for it’s olive oil production, and during the last decade has developed and restored it into the luxury resort it is today.

This breathtaking villa is perched on a rocky outcrop high above the bustling summer crowds of the Amalfi Coast and embraces one of the oldest and most local areas of the town of Positano. In the heat of the summer months it always seems 10 degrees cooler in this magnificent villa. It enjoys a 360 view of the Lattari Mountains, the Galli Is, the town of Positano and the Mediterranean Sea from as far west to east as meets the eye. On a clear day you can see the island of Capri.

The villa is a stroll from the main road of Positano consisting of apx 90 gentle stairs and a pathway of apx 200 metres.

From April 1^st to October 31^{st a} city tax of 2,50 euros per person per night needs to be paid in cash at check-in.

Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge of 30 euros per room.

If the client is having his own cook, extra maid service is available on extra charge: 20 euro per hour per person to be paid at the check out.

Laundry service on extra charge – 20 euro per load

A  Rental contract must be signed on first payment. This contract will require your personal details for the rental and all conditions of rental.

Check- in time is between 4 – 6pm unless otherwise organised.

Late check in can be arranged using local porters at an extra change

Luggage transport to and from the villa is free of charge from 10am – 1pm and from 4 pm – 6 pm. All other times will be changed through the local porter company.

Check -out time is before 10am.

Early check-out is kindly requested to be advised to villa owner

Any delays or variations must be communicated at least 48 hours before arrival. No refund will be given if the guest is unable to take up residence of the property on the expected day or at the scheduled time owing to travel problems. The same rule applies to early departure.

Access to the swimming pool to children under 10 yrs of age is not accepted unless accompanied by an adult.

Guests at all times swim at their own risk

The pool is open from May to Oct (weather depending)

Guests are requested to not smoke in the bedrooms

The owner reserves all rights to inspect the villa and pool at any time in order to preserve its condition

Access to the swimming pool is available for the 12 guests of the villa (only unless pre arranged with the owner) from 9 am till 7 pm. 

Access to the swimming pool is denied to any kind of pets and  children younger than age 10 or less without adult supervision. 

Guest at all times swim at their own risk.

The owner reserves the right to inspect the property at any time in order to continue to preserve the cleanness of the Villa and its pool.

In the unlike event of cancellation by the owner and an acceptable alternative is not found then the owner must refund all money paid

Initial payment – 30% of total due. This can be refunded only within 30 days of initial booking request.

After which this initial payment will be considered a non-refundable confirmation.

Second payment of 30% of your total fee is due before January 31 the year of your arrival.

Final Balance of 40% – due 2 months prior to your arrival date

May 27 – Sept 23  Easter, Xmas & New Year 6 bedrooms – 25.000 euro a week

May 1 – May 27  & Sept 23– Nov 4 – 6 bedrooms – 23.500 euro a week

all remaining months -6 bedrooms – 20.500 euro a week.

High Season : May 28 – Sept 24,2022 Easter, Xmas & New Year 6 bedrooms – 23,500 euro a week

Mid Season : April 30 – May 28 2022 & Sept 24– Nov 5 2022 6 bedrooms – 21,500 euro a week

Low Season : All remaining months -6 bedrooms – 19,000 euro a week.

These prices include daily cleaning, all taxes and daily continental breakfast

Guests are required to leave valid credit card details on arrival to the value of 2000 euro for any damages or expenses incurred during their stay, otherwise access to the villa will be denied.

In the event of cancellation on the part of the tenant, he/she will be entitled to reimbursement of the rental fee subject to the deduction of the following penalties:

30% of total rental fee after 30 days from the moment of the confirmation of the booking;

60% if cancellation is notified within 120 days before the start of rental period;

100% if cancellation is notified within 60 days before the start of rental period.

4) In the event of unforeseen circumstances (i.e. catastrophic event), we reserve the right to void the contract, and return any amount paid.

5) In case guests are not allowed to travel at the moment of the arrival day due to a Force Majeure event in connection to COVID-19 such as closed borders, existing, they may choose to:

– either cancel their reservation and get a full refund of all received deposits or

transfer their reservation to a future available set of dates with the same season rates within the year the rent is requested and the following year.
