The villa is 1 Km from the centre of town, which is 10 min. walk or 5 min. from the villa dock to the main beach by boat.

I met the owner of this magnificent villa at my partner’s restaurant just a 5 mins boat ride away. He was tall, grey with piercing blue eyes to match the Mediterranean sea, a regular customer, had a wicked sense of humour and was totally charming!

Eventually, we became friends and would spend time at his magnificent home listening to his colourful stories and (me) dreaming of what life would be like living in this beautiful home right on the Mediterranean sea just outside Positano. Since Luciano passed away his family has kept up the maintenance of this splendid property with selective summer rentals.

DESCRIPTION

One of the outstanding beautiful villas of Positano, in a private and tranquil location surrounded by gardens. Elegantly furnished (antique and contemporary). Hand-painted tile floors. Excellent modern art works throughout the whole Villa.

There are two separate ways to get to the main gate of the Villa; both entrances are situated on the Positano/Amalfi main road; one by a private staircase (190 steps), and the other by a small pathway with 30 steps.

50% of your total amount due should be paid on initial booking. The remaining balance must by paid 2 months prior to arrival.

TARIFFS, SEASONAL DATES & PAYMENTS – 2023

37,500 euros per week –  10 persons

39,000 euros per week – 12 persons

28,000 euros per week – 10 persons.

32,000 euros per week – 12 persons 

A security deposit of Euro 3.000,00 per week is to be paid on arrival to the villa owner or head of staff. This deposit will be reimbursed after departure minus any expenses incurred for damages.

The security deposit will be retained by the owner as an insurance that for Guests performance is maintained as per the “Terms and Conditions” agreement signed upon booking and that the villa is returned to the owner is the same condition as found on arrival. The security deposit may not be used or deducted by the owner until the last day of rental. Within 3 days after the termination of the rental period Owner/Agency will return the security deposit to Guests by wire transfer. Any reason for retaining a portion of the security deposit will be explained in writing.

For Rental Cancellation and if payments are not received within the abovementioned terms, the following cancellation policy will be applied:

Partial or total cancellation until 4 months prior to rental arrival date, is subject to 20% cancellation fee of the total rental rate.Partial or total cancellation until 3 months prior to rental arrival date, is subject to 50% cancellation fee of the total rental rate.

Partial or total cancellation until 2 months prior to rental arrival date, is subject to 75% cancellation fee of the total rental rate.

Partial or total cancellation until 1 month prior to rental arrival date and further, is subject to 100% cancellation fee of the total rental rate

Policy for cancellation of force majeure due to COVID-19 Government Restriction

For cancellation before 2 months prior to rental arrival date, no cancellation fee.

For cancellation later than 2 months prior to arrival date, payments received will be counted as booking deposit for future rental in available periods.
