The Green Lounge can be turned into the fifth bedroom on request with bathroom.

All bedrooms have air conditioning & TV satellite flat screens

Living area has satellite TV flat screen, home theatre and Bose’ stereo system.

Contemporary & fully equipped kitchen with spacious preparation benches, ideal for cooking classes.

The first large bedroom leads onto the main patio which is fully furnished with table & chairs for al fresco dining or breakfast enjoying breathtaking Mediterranean views.

Three stunning double bedrooms are on the first floor, two with en-suite bathroom, the third with close by bathroom.The indoor spa pool, apx 6mt x 6mt, is just below this master suite & boasts a windowed ceiling, frescos, jets, and chromo therapy with a constant temperature of 35°

All bathrooms offer courtesy kits from Etro, Cotè Bastide, Lorenzo VIlloresi and Ortigia. Bath towels, bathrobes and slippers are by Etro.

Beds sheets with Villa Ferida Logo are in Percalle cotton &
all Spa Bath Towels are by Frette.

There is a charming small outdoor sea salt/chlorine free 6mt – 6 mt swimming pool which can be heated on request.

High Season : June 4 – Sept 17 2022, Easter, Xmas & New Year – 16,250 euro a week.

Mid Season : Apr 2 – May 28 & Sept 17 – oct 29 2022 – 14,850 euro a week.

Low Season : All remaining months. – Negotiable.

Initial Payment – 30% of total due. This can be refunded only within 30 days of initial booking request.

After which this initial payment will be considered a non-refundable confirmation.

Second Payment of 30% of your total fee is due before January 31 the year of your arrival.

Final Balance of 40% – due 2 months prior to your arrival date

Forced cancellations due to COVID: please discuss with Amanda at the time of booking.

50% of your total is due on booking to hold the property. The payment should be made via bank transfer only. The balance of 50% is due at the latest 14 days before arrival.

2.000 euro for phone and villa damages to be paid in cash on arrival or to your agent before departure . This will be reimbursed on departure minus any expenses incurred.

Weekly rentals are from Sat to Sat.

Arrival time is between 4 & 6pm

Departure time is before 10.30am

Other season are negotiable.

An advanced food supply can be organized prior to your arrival. Just send Amanda your list. E.g. breakfast food, wine, fresh bread, cheeses, cold cuts, coffee etc, so please make sure you let us know on booking if you require this service.
