Just a few minutes’ walk from the bustling centre of Positano; these two delightful adjacent properties overlook the main beach of Positano and are surrounded by lush vegetable gardens, citrus and olive trees.

Access to La Colomba is an easy pathway with less than 20 steps from the main internal road of Positano where the local bus passes 2 – 3 time an hour. This little paradise is just 7 mins walk to the main beach. These properties also have one of the best local Trattoria next door which serves delicious simple meals, lunch & dinner while enjoying the magnificent panorama of the town.

This property also boasts one of the prettiest terraces in this area. Surrounded by lush vegetation this terrace is the ideal spot to take easy home prepared meals in the summer months, enjoy the magnificent views of the Mediterranean and it’s coastline including the beautiful Galli Islands directly in front of Positano or simply fall asleep in the shade and snooze away the afternoon.

Spacious master bedroom with Queen Size bed and French doors onto the large terrace.

En-suite bathroom with shower only.

The second bedroom is a twin, (can also be a double) also with its own bathroom, shower only.

The generous living area leads onto a magnificent terrace, the sofa is not for use as a bed.

The kitchen is small but fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven and washing machine.

Very generous sunning and dining terrace looking onto the Mediterranean Sea and Positano.

Air conditioned for the summer months and heated in winter.

Satellite TV &  inbuilt safe

A private path takes you down to a small intimate beach below.

Close by there is a charming small outdoor pool for dipping and sunbathing which is shared by guests from Torre Porta, Casa Isabella, Casa Mediterraneo, Colomba and Colombina apts.

Check-In is between 2 – 7 pm.

Check out is before 10 am.

Extra maid service is available at 15 euro an hour ( 2 hour minimum).

Baby sitters can be arranged at apx 20 euro an hour

Groceries can be pre ordered prior to arrival

Porter service for arrivals via road or sea costs 15 euro per piece of luggage.  For arrival  after 9pm, the fee will be 20 euro per piece of luggage.

Check-in is Saturday from 4pm to 8pm, if necessary we can arrange for a later check- in, only up until 10pm.There will be an extra fee of 50 euro to pay. 

Check-out by 10 am.

Mobile phone numbers are requested where possible to keep track of arrivals and departure.

An advanced food supply can be organised prior to your arrival. Just send Amanda your list. E.g. breakfast food, wine, fresh bread, cheeses, cold cuts, coffee etc, so please make sure you let us know on booking if you require this service.

50% of your total is due on booking to hold the property.

The payment should be made via bank transfer only.

The balance of 50% is due at the latest 14 days before arrival.

High Season : May 14 – Oct 8 – 6550 euro @ week.

Low Season : All remaining months – 4100 euro @ week.

Only available Sat to Sat – minimum rental is 7 days.

City Tax – 2,50 euros per person per day, to be paid with the final balance. This tax may vary. 

There is a 200 euro deposit to pay in cash on arrival for damages & phone charges. This will be reimbursed on departure minus any expenses incurred.
