Clients should arrive between 2 – 7 pm. Later arrivals will attract a surcharge of 50 euros and there will be no check-ins after 10 pm. Please notify the owner if you are aware of travel problems.

Checkout time is before 10 am on your day of departure.

All train, flight, and/or ship arrival details are appreciated at the time of booking.

And mobile phone numbers are requested where possible to keep track of arrivals and departures.

An advanced food supply can be organized prior to your arrival. Just send Amanda your list. E.g. breakfast food, wine, fresh bread, cheeses, cold cuts, coffee etc, so please make sure you let us know on booking if you require this service.

50% of your total is due on booking to hold the property.

This 50% deposit is only reimbursable if a cancellation is made at least 180 days (apx 6 months) prior to arrival.  

The payment should be made via bank transfer only.

The balance of 50% is due at the latest 14 days before arrival.

Tariffs and Seasons for 2023

 2900 € a week OR 700 € a night

High Season : 1 May – 30 Sept. Easter, Xmas & New Year – 3350 € a week OR 800 € a night

Low Season : 1 Jan – 31 March & 1 Oct – 31 Dec – LS 2350 € a week OR 700 € a night

There is a 200 Euro deposit to pay in cash on arrival for damages. This will be reimbursed on departure minus any expenses incurred.

180 days prior to the start date of rental, there is a full refund of the deposit, minus bank fees

179 – 91 days prior to start date: 50% refund of the deposit, minus bank fees

119 – 61 days prior to start date: 25% refund of the deposit, minus bank fees

60 days prior to rental: the remaining 50% balance is due & there will be no refund as the full amount will have been paid, unless Covid related, please speak to Amanda.
