Reservations cancelled or modified between 30 & 7 days prior arrival will pay a penalty of 50% of the nights booked.

For reservations of 1 or 2 nights the penalty will be 1 night. Reservations cancelled or modified later than 7 days prior arrival or for “no show” will be charged 100% of nights reserved.

Low Season

No charge for cancellations received 15 days prior to arrival date.

Reservations cancelled or modified between 15 & 3 days prior arrival will pay a penalty of 50% of the nights booked.

For later cancellations the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of total value of nights reserved. For reservations of 1 or 2 nights the charge will be of 1 night.
